Delivery and Returns

All orders are shipped free of charge via DPD courier. Jewelry is delivered in an unmarked, discreet package to the address provided in the order. Shipping takes place within 7 to 14 days from the date of order placement and payment.

The shipment can be tracked at every stage thanks to the provided waybill number. On the day of pickup, the customer will receive information about the estimated delivery time and the phone number of the courier delivering the shipment.

International shipments

Shipments are also free throughout the European Union.

Cost of returns and service

For shipments involving a product sent to Michelson Diamonds for sizing, refurbishment, repair or return (unrelated to a product defect), a 25 PLN courier fee applies.
