Fernando Jorge, a Brazilian-British jewelry designer, presented his new Vertex collection in June 2025 at London's Mayfair showroom during an intimate gala dinner for approximately 40 guests, including fashion journalists and design figures. The show was held in an elegant floral setting, highlighting the collection's geometric aesthetic.
The new Vertex line pays homage to Art Deco and urban architecture—particularly the skyscrapers of New York and London. Fernando Jorge once again uses baguette-cut diamonds to create jewelry imbued with precision and rhythm. Geometric forms pulsate with movement, juxtaposing structure with feminine sensibility.
The collection comprises 17 styles – rings (e.g., the Vertex Band, priced at around £9,600), earrings, and bracelets – crafted in 18-karat gold with baguette diamonds. It's a minimalist yet striking take on Art Deco, perfect for both evening and everyday wear.
Fernando Jorge has showrooms around the world – in London (Mayfair), New York (Chelsea), and São Paulo. The showroom interiors – designed with a warm palette, featuring wood, greenery, and mid-century modern elements – emphasize his aesthetic: a marriage of architecture, nature, and luxury.
